France recommends its citizens not to travel to Iran
The French Foreign Ministry advised its citizens after traveling to the security situation, due to the deadly situation after the killing of the commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Qassem Soleimani, after a US raid targeting him in Baghdad last Friday.
The French Foreign Ministry: "Because of the tense security situation in the region , [size=13]France emphasizes its nationals not to visit Iran , " adding: "We demand from the citizens who are in Iran now and who can not afford to leave the country be the highest degree of caution and take the necessary security precautions."
It also called on the French citizens in Iran to avoid gathering places and limit movement and inform the French embassy in Iran of their situation.
