, Iranian official television said that a plane belonging to the "Iran Air" company went out of the runway while landing in the western Kermanshah airport without any injuries, today, Saturday, in the second incident in less than a week.
He added that the Iranian flight coming from the capital, Tehran, did not face any technical problems.
According to the Iranian News Agency (IRNA), one of the plane's wheels slid 6 meters due to heavy snowfall during the course of the plane after landing.
It is the second time in a week that a plane has veered off the runway in Iran. On Monday, an Iranian passenger plane carrying about 150 passengers departed from the runway to the airport expressway in the southern city of Mahshahr.
Iranian media reported that an Iranian plane was derailed when it landed on the runway, on Monday morning, as it entered a street in the city of Machour, south of Ahwaz province.
On board the Revolutionary Guards' Caspian Airlines, the plane had 130 passengers, none of them hurt, according to Iranian officials.
The plane coming from Tehran went off course when landing, as the footage that spread about it on the communication sites shows the passengers panicking and leaving, leaving the plane's exit.
Iran continues to suffer the repercussions of a Ukrainian passenger plane crashing over Tehran in January. The Revolutionary Guards shot down the plane earlier this month amid heightened tension with the United States, killing all 176 of its passengers.
Iran has a history of frequent air accidents which are blamed on its dilapidated aircraft and poor maintenance.
