Trump: Soleimani, the butcher of Iran, to kill innocents, and we will continue to defend US national security
US President Donald Trump said, at dawn today, Wednesday, in his State of the Union address to the US Congress, that Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force, who was killed by an American strike on January 3 at the Baghdad airport campus, is the butcher that the Iranian regime has employed to kill innocent people, explaining that the Iranian economy is His worst condition.
"We managed to get rid of the terrorists and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, vowing to continue defending American national security," Trump added.
He pointed out that his administration is working to end Washington’s wars in the Middle East to preserve the lives of Americans, stressing that his administration strongly protects American national security.
In addition, he said that the presence of forces in Afghanistan contributed to the conclusion of peace talks, revealing the work of returning his forces there.
Trump declared that the United States has become oil-independent and its stockpile is strategic.
He added that $ 2.2 trillion had been invested in building the American army, pointing out that America's enemies in the event of flight and economic collapse went without return.
"Three years ago, we talked about a great America, and today I share with you the results," he said, noting that the state of the union is stronger than it was ever before.
Trump stressed that the US economy is at its best, noting, "We signed a trade agreement with China to protect the American citizen."
Trump said, amid loud applause from the audience at the Capitol, that his administration has created more than 7 million jobs since his election, "an unprecedented number."
He stressed that 12 thousand factories had been restored under his management, in addition to plans to restore new factories.
"We are working to build the most prosperous society in the world," Trump said, stressing that his administration has stimulated the economy, created jobs and cut taxes.
The US president stressed that socialism would not be allowed to destroy the health care system.
He called for a draft resolution to reduce the price of medicines and medical supplies, stressing, "We will work to improve the health system and provide the necessary medical care."
He also called on Congress to provide scholarships for children of financially troubled families, and drew work to support and fund universities and colleges in the United States.
He said that there are steps to protect Americans from disease, and from Corona from China.
He indicated that his administration had stopped illegal immigration and human trafficking from the southern border.
The Venezuelan opposition, Juan Guaido, was present during the US President's speech on the state of the union in the US Congress in Washington, which is recognized by the United States and more than fifty countries as interim president of Venezuela, and he is among the "guests of honor" who were invited to attend this traditional presidential speech.
