[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / Newspapers issued in Baghdad today, Thursday, the sixth of February, followed the government program of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, and the most important challenges facing him.
Al-Sabah Al-Jadeed newspaper reported on an agreement to form the new government within ten days.
In this connection, it quoted the statement of MP Mohammed Al-Khalidi: "The dialogues that Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi is holding with the blocs are to agree on the ministerial program and how to pass the candidates."
Al-Khalidi added: "The designated Prime Minister has a large parliamentary bloc supporting him, which was previously nominated by him and its members are independent representatives. He also enjoys great popular support, and then he has a responsibility to form a government of competencies, and he is able to do that."
While MP Fadel Jaber said, according to the newspaper: "All the political blocs expressed their willingness to cooperate with Allawi."
And Jaber continued: "The Prime Minister-designate will work to form the government away from pressure, and there are no desires to obtain ministries, as was happening in the past." Noting: "The formation of the government will be before the end of the constitutional times during which the Prime Minister is supposed to present the candidates. To the House of Representatives with a view to voting on them. "
As for Al-Zawraa newspaper, published by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, it followed the government program of the Prime Minister-designate, and the challenges it faces.
Member of the Legal Committee MP Sherwan Mirza said, according to Al-Zawra, that Allawi will focus in his government program on a number of points, the most prominent of which are the employment of the unemployed and the advancement of the Iraqi economic reality by activating the productive sectors through which job opportunities are available to the unemployed.
He added: "He will also focus in his program on fighting corruption and holding corrupt people accountable, and will also take care of the issue of providing housing for citizens who do not have housing, perhaps by distributing land or building housing complexes and others, as well as responding to the demands of the demonstrators."
Mirza explained: "There is a trend for the prime minister in charge of forming a government of independent technocrats," noting that "there is a false conviction that technocrats are outside the parties, but in reality there are competent people, and technocrats, who are inside the parties."
As political analyst, Mohammed Al Hashemi stressed: "There are four challenges that Allawi may face in forming his new government."
The newspaper quoted him as saying: "The challenges that Allawi will face in forming his government are the imposition of some blocks as candidate names for the cabinet, and the short period specified for him that does not exceed 30 days to choose his cabinet, which will make it difficult for him to provide a full ministerial cabinet," suggesting the presentation of a missing cabinet as happened to the government of Abd The Mahdi.
He added: "The third challenge that Allawi will face are the sovereign ministries, especially the Interior, Defense, Foreign Affairs, and Finance. As for the fourth challenge, it is represented by the mechanism of selecting the candidates. Is it through the electronic portal or is they directly chosen by the Prime Minister-designate?"
Al-Zaman newspaper followed the position of the Kurdish side of the government of designate Muhammad Allawi and its program.
She referred in this regard to the statement of the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masroor Barzani, that he hoped that: "The taxpayer can form the new government and succeed in his mission," calling for adherence to the initial agreements concluded between the two sides during the term of the resigned Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.
He added: "Abdel-Mahdi tried hard, but unfortunately he did not have the support he deserved for the rest of the political blocs to continue and implement his work program, and we believe that he was not responsible for all the problems in the country, and I hope that the current or the new commissioner of this position will enjoy the support of political parties even Achieve success. "
Meanwhile, the President of the region, Nechirvan Barzani, confirmed, according to (Al-Zaman), his support for any prime minister who has the support of the Iraqis, with the aim of establishing security and stability in the country.
The newspaper quoted him as saying: "Any prime minister who unanimously wins the parties to occupy the position will be the region in support of him, with the aim of establishing security and stability in Iraq and achieving a successful political process in general." He pointed out: "Attempts to achieve a joint dialogue between Erbil and Baghdad on solving problems Continuing ./ End[/rtl]
