Al-Haddad said in a statement that "Allawi's mission is arduous and difficult in light of these complex circumstances in Iraq, so whoever tries to form an independent government, technocrats, and away from the parties and the directions of the political parties, this is very difficult."
He added, "Forming a consensual government and satisfying the street is a very difficult thing, which is a meeting of the two extremes. The street demands a non-consensual, non-political and partisan government, and the parties are outward and inward. This is my opinion that they are not satisfied with a government outside of their will, even partially, and this task is not easy and we hope that Allawi will reach a result that can form a government that satisfies It includes parties and the street.
