Othman said in a special statement to " Nina ": "The Kurdish delegation negotiating with the political blocs and Muhammad Allawi, revealed the change of Muhammad Allawi's position towards the demands of the Kurds, and therefore the Kurds will participate in his government according to some conditions, including the budget, oil, some constitutional articles, and the number of Kurdish ministers in His government. "
