The General Administration of Civil Aviation in Kuwait announced the suspension of all flights with Singapore and Japan due to the registration of cases of "Corona" virus there.
A civil aviation statement said, "Any Kuwaiti citizen coming from one of these two countries will be subject to quarantine, and all citizens of any nationality who have a residence permit or previous entry visa and who have been in Singapore and Japan during the past two weeks will be prevented from entering the country."
And the Aviation Administration stated that "the issuance of entry passes for those coming to the country from these two countries will be stopped, as well as the prevention of transit passengers coming from them."
She pointed out the circular to all airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport by urgently providing the passenger list and all information about passengers on its flights and delivering them to the Ministry of Interior when requested.
As Kuwait decided today, Wednesday, to prevent ships coming or going to China, South Korea, Italy, Singapore, Thailand, Japan and Iraq from stopping at Kuwaiti ports.
