    The deputy of the National Approach Bloc Hussein Al-Uqabi confirmed on Saturday that the government of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi can only be passed by changing the position of one of the three forces within the parliament.
    Al-Oqabi said in a statement to "Information", that "three political forces whose deputies refrained from entering the Thursday session to vote on the government of President-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi," noting that "the forces are the Sunni component and the forces of the Kurdistan Alliance and a large part of the forces of the Building Alliance."
    He added that "passing the government in tomorrow's session will be impossible if the positions do not change," noting that "changing the position of one of these forces will facilitate the process of completing the quorum and the government will be passed, and in contrast to it, the failure will be Allawi's ally and we will enter into a real and difficult crisis."
