[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi stressed that the constitution does not allow the President of the Republic to withdraw the mandate before the end of the legal period.
He told the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ) that the texts of the five paragraphs of Article 76 all confirm that the Prime Minister in charge has 30 days to complete his cabinet and his ministerial curriculum and present it to Parliament.
Al-Tamimi added: If Parliament votes on him to give him confidence and reversal, he is considered a failure and the President of the Republic assigns another candidate according to Article 81, second paragraph of the Constitution.
He explained: There is nothing in these paragraphs that allow the President of the Republic to refrain from assigning or assigning another candidate because there is no text to allow this.
Al-Tamimi continued: It is permissible for the candidate or the assignee to apologize for the assignment before the end of the period, at which point the President of the Republic shall appoint another candidate according to Article 81 of the Constitution. / End 3[/rtl]
