[size=18]On Monday, the Al-Fateh coalition affirmed that its position was consistent with the designated president, while noting that there was no negotiation or understanding with him.

The coalition spokesman, Ahmed Al-Asadi, said in a tweet followed by Alsumaria News, "The Al-Fateh coalition has one position, and it is steadfast and only bets on implementing the constitution and preserving the right of the parliamentary majority."

He added, "We do not have any negotiation or understanding between us and the designated president, and the situation remains the same", calling for "preserving the right of the majority and not circumventing it."

He stressed that "the majority has the right to nominate and the president has the right to appoint."
