He told the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ): "For the first time, we are seeing amnesty with exceptions, more than they are covered or covered."

Al-Tamimi considered this amnesty a formality that would never touch the basis of the problem and its aim is to deliver a message to the world that an amnesty was given, especially with the pressure of international organizations due to Corona.
He pointed out: "The President of the Republic, who is the guardian of the constitution according to Article 67 of it, can object to this pardon, which violates constitutional Article 73 first.
Article 67 of the Constitution states: The President of the Republic is the head of state and the symbol of the nation's unity represents the sovereignty of the country, and he works to ensure compliance with the constitution. and the preservation of Iraq 's independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity, and in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
