{Baghdad: Al Furat News} A member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee warned of "loopholes in the special pardon decision" issued due to the Corona pandemic.

"
"We do not conceal our fear of loopholes in the special amnesty process that will empty it from its human content and threaten social security and peace and confiscate the sacrifices of heroes in our security forces through the possibility that some terrorists and symbols of corruption may be pardoned, as happened previously," he said.
And he warned, "The political and executive parties should not take any such step, and we will not allow its passage if it includes any constitutional or legal violation of what we fear and warn of."
