    U.S. officials say the United States has urged Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates to make every effort to encourage Iraq to form a government that does not investigate anyone against militants who threaten to cut across their country.
    The officials said, "U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry held a round of meetings in Paris successive briefed his counterparts from the three countries on the United States to gather intelligence on potential targets in Iraq air strikes against the militants."
    Officials added that "Kerry explained that Washington did not decide whether to be carried out air strikes, but reserves the right to do so."
    States which have not been subjected Kerry met with foreign ministers and military assistance.
    The officials said that "the foreign ministers of the three Arab countries have expressed concerns about the current leadership in Iraq."
