Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Ali Muhsen al-Allaq discussed with the Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, Masato Takaoka, the prospects of common cooperation between Iraq and Japan.
A statement by the CoM Secretariat General cited on Thursday “Allaq met with the Japanese Ambassador on Thursday where they discussed the bilateral relations and means of enhancing the mutual cooperation.”
“Takaoka highlighted the importance of developing the common relations between both countries in all fields, especially the economic ones,” the statement added.
“For his part, the CoM Secretary General stressed that Iraq looks forward to establish good relations with all world countries, especially those relations related to the economy where Iraq heads towards erecting solid economic base according to advanced foundations,” the statement concluded.
