    On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers took a series of service, security and economic decisions, obliging the Ministry of Electricity to increase energy supply.
    The media office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement received by the information, that “Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi presided over a regular session of the Council of Ministers, during which developments in the country were discussed, in addition to discussing the topics included in his agenda, and the Council of Ministers recalled the Halabja crime that he committed The buried regime is against the Kurdish people, and it left thousands of innocent victims.
    Al-Kazemi stressed that "the crime of Halabja constitutes a dire memory for Iraqis, and we must work to transform the opportunities of pain in the lives of the Iraqi people into opportunities for hope and construction, and that the tragedies of the popular uprising, the marshes and Anbar, should be an incentive for us to go to serve our people."
    Al-Kazemi directed all ministers to serve the people of all governorates, especially the affected governorates, and for their visits to the governorates to continue with the rush and the spiritual itself in order to face the great challenges facing the country, and the Prime Minister directed all ministries to support the Ministry of Electricity to carry out its tasks in securing and providing electric power to citizens, and stressed His Excellency over the Ministry of Electricity to make an exceptional effort to increase its production of electric energy and provide it with the approaching summer season, stressing that the bureaucracy is still active in a number of ministries, including the Ministry of Electricity, as it caused the suspension of a large number of important projects.
    Al-Kazemi referred to the "sabotage attempts to transmit electric power towers, and the arrest of a number of those involved in them," and stressed that the perpetrators of these sabotage acts will not be tolerated as they affect the Iraqi national security.
    The Prime Minister stressed that those who try to obstruct the security situation in a number of governorates will not be tolerated, and directed the Ministry of Interior to carry out its duties in protecting citizens and ensuring the security of the governorates, and to work diligently to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of providing the needs of the people there.
    The Minister of Health and Environment reviewed the developments of the work of the Committee to Strengthen Governmental Measures in the areas of prevention and control of health and awareness regarding limiting the spread of Coronavirus, as well as the Ministry's efforts to confront the pandemic.
    After the Council of Ministers discussed the topics included in its agenda, it issued the following decisions:
    Firstly/
    1- Approval of the purchase of doses of the anti-corona virus vaccine from the US drugmaker Pfizer, as indicated in the manufacturing and supply agreement between Pfizer Export BV and the Iraqi Ministry of Health and their amount according to the terms of the contract.

    Third / Approval of the proposal of the Ministry of Planning regarding international cooperation in the field of development as follows:
    - The commitment of all ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry in coordination with the Ministry of Planning to set up a working mechanism issued by the Ministry of Planning regarding supervision and follow-up with international organizations and agencies, limiting the topic to the cooperative field of development only in the Department of International Cooperation, and providing it with all data and information on development projects, and the need for training in the specializations Technical and technical, and activating joint committees for international cooperation, to unify efforts and crystallize them towards achievement in a way that helps the government to implement its reform program, in coordination with the relevant government agencies concerned.

    1- Canceling Cabinet Resolution No. (27 of 2020), with the exception of paragraph (4) thereof, regarding the affirmation of implementing Article (10) of the Unified Pension Law, regarding the cancellation of all legal texts that allow combining two or more salaries, with the exception of the aforementioned categories.
