    Received the President of the Government of the territory of Kurdistan pleased with Barzani, on Wednesday, Ambassador of Japan to the Iraq Suzuki Kotaro .
    According to a statement from the Office of Barzani that " the ambassador of Japan has intensified during the meeting , the role that played by the region of Kurdistan and what makes it a factor important for stability in the region, and stressed the continuing consolidation of relations and continue to support the Government of the territory of Kurdistan, and particularly in the promotion of investments of Japan in the region ."
    He added , " also thanked Ambassador to the Japanese government of the territory of Kurdistan on the offer of assistance and facilities for organizations , non - governmental organizations and agencies of Japan in the region ."

    ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) - The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, today, Wednesday, March 17, 2021, received the Japanese ambassador to Iraq, Suzuki Kotaro.
    During the meeting, the Japanese ambassador praised the role played by the Kurdistan Region, which makes it an important factor for stability in the region, and stressed the continuation of consolidating relations and continuing to support the Kurdistan Regional Government, especially in promoting Japanese investments in the region.
    The Japanese ambassador also thanked the Kurdistan Regional Government for the assistance and facilities it provided to non-governmental organizations and Japanese agencies in the region.
    The Prime Minister thanked Japan for its support for the Kurdistan Region, as well as renewed the regional government's welcome to develop prospects for comprehensive cooperation with Japan in various fields.
