Al-Kaabi added, "Some governorates have taken particularity in terms of allocations, including Dhi Qar because of their situation, where a fund has been allocated to them by about 300 billion, in addition to allocations for the development of regions and others," noting that "the reconstruction fund for liberated areas has also been increased."
