Official and popular reactions to the results of the US-Iraqi strategic dialogue in its third round are continuing.

Between welcoming, skeptical and dismissive, there have been repeated reactions to the outcomes of the third round of the strategic dialogue between the US administration and the Iraqi government.
Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] considered the results of this tour as a gateway to restore the normal situation in Iraq.
The victory coalition, headed by Haider al-Abadi, welcomed the outcomes of the dialogue and called for the completion of a technical agreement to schedule the departure of foreign forces.
The head of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, praised the results of the dialogue and considered them a matter of pleasure.
The joint statement, which was issued at the end of the dialogue round, indicates that the mission of the US and foreign forces will shift to training and advice that would allow the withdrawal of combat forces according to a timetable to be determined later.
For its part, Iraq pledged to protect the military bases that include American forces, and Washington made it clear that those forces will remain on Iraqi soil only to support Iraq's efforts in its battle against ISIS, which are considered by the parties rejecting the outcomes of the dialogue, as they are of no value because they do not meet the will of the Iraqi people and the parliament’s decision to end the existence The American administration is without restrictions or conditions, and does not include a clear timetable.
The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, set eight conditions, the most prominent of which is that the training forces remain temporary and for a specified period, that the sovereignty of Iraq be respected by land and air, and that Iraq is not made an arena for aggression against neighboring countries.
For his part, the leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Ameri, stressed the importance of achieving full national sovereignty and completely ending the foreign presence, by setting a clear and specific timetable, and with short periods of time, for the withdrawal of foreign forces and re-control of the Iraqi air bases in Ain Al-Assad in Anbar and Al-Harir in Erbil.
