    Fa Nengning added that “(The Belt and Road) has become a general approach in the international community and the largest platform for global trade, and it operates according to principles, most notably policy coherence, infrastructure coherence and cooperation in addition to achieving benefits for all project participants, stressing that“ (the belt and road) will yield tangible results. On the Iraqi people ».
    In turn, the commercial advisor of the Chinese embassy, ​​"Xu Chun", also answered a question about what was included in the "Chinese agreement", indicating that "this agreement focuses mainly on rebuilding Iraq and achieving fullness in its economy and infrastructure, leading to improving people's livelihood."
    The commercial advisor said that "the Chinese agreement included facilitating Iraq's access to medium and long-term loans, not exceeding (10) billion dollars, in addition to that it included strategic infrastructure projects," referring to "continuing coordination with the relevant authorities in Iraq in order to implement The terms of this agreement and the transfer of strategic projects in it from paper to reality ». 
    He pointed out that «Iraq is the largest investment site in the region or among the Arab countries», noting that «the Chinese companies that have invested in Iraq do not only contribute to promoting the economic development of Iraq, but rather contribute to improving the people's livelihood in it, as these companies spent during the ten years The past spent more than $ 50 million on service projects, education projects, and water supply, and created more than 40,000 job opportunities for Iraqis, stressing that “the percentage of Iraqi workers working in these companies exceeded 88% of the total workers working in these projects, and the companies paid Taxes for the Iraqi side amounting to one billion and 780 million dollars.
    He stressed that "Chinese companies participated and worked pivotally in the electricity sector, as the total energy achieved by these companies was 7 thousand and 400 megawatts, especially the Wasit thermal plant established by one of the Chinese companies, which is the first station completed after 2003," indicating that "this station progresses and blocks 70 ».% Of Baghdad’s electrical energy needs, and meets 30% of the energy needs of Iraq as a whole.
    He explained that “China imported during the past year 60 million and 120 thousand tons (422 million 940 thousand barrels), an increase of 16.1%,” indicating that “Chinese oil imports from Iraq constitute 11% of all its imports from the countries of the world, which is (Iraq) thus It is still the third largest oil exporter to China ».
