[size=45]Today, Monday, 7/6/2021, the Judicial Institute hosted a special workshop to discuss the draft of the new rules of procedure for the Federal Supreme Court .[/size]
[size=45]The correspondent of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated that “the workshop included two groups, the first of which included a number of Federal Court members, each of (Judge Ghaleb Amer Al-Gharibawi, Judge Dr. Haider Ali Nuri Al-Bazi, Judge Khalaf Ahmed Al-Jubouri, Judge Dr. Abdul Rahman Suleiman Zebari, in addition to a Dr. Mazen Lilo Radi, representing the State Council, and Mrs. Faten Mohsen Hadi, Director General of the Judicial Institute), while the second group included a number of university professors specialized in constitutional law (Prof. Ali Hadi Al-Hilali, Prof. Ali Fawzi Al-Mousawi, College of Law / University of Baghdad Prof. Dr. Amer Ayyash, College of Law/ Tikrit University, Prof. Maha Bahjat, College of Law/ University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munjed Al-Helou, College of Law/ Al-Mustansiriya University, Prof. Dr. Mosaddeq Adel, College of Law/ University of Baghdad) .[/size]
[size=45]And he stated that “one of the outputs of the workshop was the formation of two committees, the first specialized in drafting the new rules of procedure for the court, and the second specialized in consultation.”[/size]
