[size=45]On Thursday, the Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, discussed with the Russian ambassador the preparations for the convening of the Iraqi-Russian Ministerial Committee.
[size=45]The Media Office of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers said in a statement that Al-Kazemi "received today, the new ambassador of the Russian Federation, Elbrus Kutrashev, who recently assumed his duties as the ambassador of his country in Iraq."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi stressed, "The importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, and developing joint cooperation between Baghdad and Moscow in a manner that serves the interests of the peoples of the two countries."[/size]
[size=45]During the meeting, according to the statement, they "discussed the ongoing preparations for the convening of the Iraqi-Russian joint ministerial committee in the capital, Moscow, which would develop the level of cooperation in various fields and levels."[/size]
