- The governorates’ coordinating body recalculated the governorates’ shares of the electric energy produced, according to a standard that depends on: (the governorate’s population census – air temperatures – relative humidity – industrial, commercial, governmental and tourist activity – environmental impact), and in coordination with the Ministry of Electricity and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers .
- The governorates’ commitment to the quotas that are set for each of them.
- Police leaders and governors should protect electrical installations and their workers, and allocate special detachments for that.
- The Ministry of Oil providing the necessary support for fuel to owners of private generators for the three months (July - August - September).
- Increasing the share of private generators to be 40 liters of fuel per (1 KVA) during the summer period.
- Urging citizens to rationalize consumption, through government media and civil society organizations.
