    BAGHDAD -
    The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, instructed today, Monday, the formation of a committee within the House of Representatives concerned with legislation, provided that the State Council is represented in it. 
    And the media office of the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Al-Kaabi received in his office today, the President of the State Council, Karim Khasbak, and his two deputies, Abdul Latif Nayef and Ahmed Al-Muaini, and a number of members of the State Council, in the presence of the Legal Adviser to the House of Representatives Muhammad Youssef and the Research Adviser." and development by Firas Al-Husseini. 
    Al-Kaabi affirmed, according to the statement, "The Parliament continues to support the work of the State Council and secure all its requirements, especially financial ones, to ensure the independence of its work and carry out the tasks entrusted to it, and work to enact a law amending the State Council law when it is referred to the House of Representatives, and secure the necessary financial allocations and the appointment of human resources for the Council." . 
    He pointed to "the necessity of integrating work between the House of Representatives and the state in a way that contributes to ensuring and ensuring the quality of legislation." 
    And instructed Kaabi to form a committee in the House of Representatives concerned with studying and mature proposals and draft laws, including representatives from a number of competent authorities, to be the State Council representative president in. "
    He noted the importance of the establishment of the State Council , in turn , sought to control the quality of legislation and to provide the House of Representatives his reports periodic included His observations on this, "stressing that the House of Representatives and its Finance Committee, under its supervision and hosting representatives of the State Council, will hold a special session during the arrival of the draft budget law to support the financial allocations of the State Council.
