Lebanese Minister of Industry, George Bushekian, revealed today, Wednesday, an upcoming visit of Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati to Baghdad at the head of a ministerial delegation, indicating that the delegation will sign memoranda and agreements with the Iraqi government.
Bouchikian said, "The Lebanese interest today in Iraq and its markets is very large," stressing that "this interest is not new."
He added, "Made in Lebanon exhibition, which will be held in Baghdad starting from the twentieth of this January, is attended by many Lebanese companies and institutions and contributes to the marketing of Lebanese goods," noting that "this exhibition constitutes a basic and important pillar in order to pave the way for the exchange of goods and services."
