Earth News/ Head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, stressed today, Friday, that the government should not take any action that would weaken the judiciary.
In a tweet via Twitter, followed by Earth News, Al-Maliki made an appeal to everyone keen on Iraq and civil peace, and the preservation of the state and its prestige. Violating the sanctity of the judiciary and extending its powers and duties; Because it is the last guarantee that everyone must protect and comply with.”
He stressed the government not to take any action that would weaken the judiciary and reduce confidence in it, and the judiciary must carry out its mission with courage and firmness, and deter every violation of its provisions and positions, and punish violators of the law and the constitution, whoever they are.
He concluded his tweet, "Preserve the judiciary.. Save Iraq."
