A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Mahmoud Al-Hayani, indicated, on Saturday, that the decisions of the Federal Court shocked some political parties and stood against their personal ambitions, while pointing out that they prevented constitutional violations.
Al-Hayani said to the Information Agency, "The Federal Court represents an Iraqi decision and the safety valve for the political process, preserving the constitution and preventing violations from various political parties," wondering, "Why did the Kurdish parties not have any reaction against the Federal Court after it issued its decision regarding the elections?" .
He added, "The Federal Court's decision regarding the region's oil and gas stood against the personal ambitions of the region's rulers at the expense of the Iraqi people," noting that "the Federal Court's issuance of decisions against the orientations of some political blocs triggered reactions, attacks, statements and accusations against them."
A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance explained that “most of the political forces, when a decision is issued by the court against their orientations and political program, begin to appeal and attack the court,” stressing that “the decisions of the Federal Court shocked some political parties and stood against their personal ambitions and prevented their violation of the Iraqi constitution.” End / 25 R.
