Al-Amiri calls for strengthening the defense capacity to achieve Iraqi sovereignty
Shafaq News/ The head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, called today, Monday, to strengthen the defense capacity to achieve Iraqi sovereignty.
He said in a speech during the celebration of the "Al-Bashaer Youth Movement", on its founding anniversary, that "if an ideological generation is built, we will achieve resilience in the face of challenges," referring to the "popular uprising" as a main reason for bringing down the buried regime.
Al-Amiri warned of "sectarianism", and considered it "more dangerous than terrorism," stressing that "we have won over sectarianism and it will not return to Iraq."
Al-Amiri pointed out that Iraq possesses "specialized military forces that are the best in the region in combating terrorism," calling for "strengthening Iraqi security capabilities away from dependence on the outside."
He pointed out that "the achievement of Iraqi sovereignty is achieved through strengthening Iraq's defensive capacity."
