Earth News/ The former representative of the Al-Hikma Movement, Muhammad Al-Lakash, confirmed today, Wednesday, that Al-Sadr has two or three options, either to form a government or to dissolve Parliament and hold early elections.
Al-Lakash said in a statement received by Earth News, "After the failure of the presidential election session for the third time, Al-Sadr has two options, either to go with the rest of the Shiite forces to form the government or to dissolve the parliament and hold early elections with a new election law, and the latter is the closest after exceeding the constitutional terms." .
He added, "Even if the framework forces go to form the government, it will be a crisis government and it will not be able to carry out its duties or implement its program because the other party is skilled in the art of rioting and will put obstacles in front of it."
Lakash warned "all political blocs, especially these days, against exchanging accusations among themselves and denouncing each other as employment, subordination and non-nationalism."
He continued, "The state of political obstruction is a health condition that occurs in many countries of the world, especially after the elections, for many reasons, and then they go after that, not to hold early elections, but to exceed the constitutional terms, which we would not wish for is a constitutional violation."
Today, Wednesday, the House of Representatives adjourned its third session for electing the President of the Republic, to another notice for the lack of a quorum, which requires the attendance of two-thirds of the members to hold the session and choose the president.
And the coordinating framework announced that it had achieved the “guarantor third” completely, except for the independents joining it, noting that his failure to attend today’s session thwarted the passage of the election of the President of the Republic.
