The Federal Integrity Commission revealed, on Sunday, the issuance of recruitment orders against a number of officials in one of the endowments bureaus, indicating that the orders included two (former and former) heads of one of the endowments bureaus, as well as the former inspector general of the bureau and director general of the legal department.
In a statement received by Mawazine News, the Commission's Investigation Department stated, "The Second Karkh Court issued an order to bring in the head of one of the former endowments bureaus, for committing a number of violations, represented by issuing a bureau order to dispatch a group of the bureau's employees to Saudi Arabia in 2016, and granting them delegation allocations." Contrary to regulations.
The department added, "The defendant has dispatched employees to perform the Hajj rituals within the quota established for the Bureau by the Supreme Authority for Hajj and Umrah, in addition to disbursing the full dispatch allocations to them, and disbursing a reward to other employees of the Bureau, contrary to the provisions of budget implementation for 2016".
On a related level, the department indicated that "the investigation court specialized in integrity issues in Anbar Governorate issued summoning orders against the former head of one of the endowments' offices, the general inspector of the court and the general director of the legal department in it (the two former)."
She explained, "The recruitment orders issued by the court were on the issue of expropriating real estate located in the Karma district - Al-Sabihat area in Anbar in 2012," noting that "the (567) dunums of real estate were expropriated at an amount higher than the real amount, as the real estate was expropriated. Purchased in the amount of (42.555,000,000) billion dinars."
And it indicated that "the recruitment orders issued by the Second Karkh Court and the Investigation Court specialized in integrity issues in Anbar Governorate were issued, based on the provisions of Articles (331 and 340) of the Penal Code." Ended 29/N33
