According to documents seen by Al-Nabaa Agency, today, Saturday, it was stated in the parliamentary questions directed to the minister: “Was your bank account at the Jordan Kuwait Bank (Wadi Saqra Branch) included in the financial disclosure form when you took over the position as Minister of Transport? Was the sources disclosed and disclosed? We kindly ask you to provide us with all bank accounts inside and outside Iraq, with an indication of the funding sources.”
And another parliamentary question stated: "We would like to be informed of the reasons for not taking into account the recommendations contained in the minutes of the committee formed under Ministerial Order No. 5870/23233 on 12-14-2020 regarding infrastructure projects (the five contracts) for the Great Port of Faw."
She explained: "It contains the most important requirements that must be met for the five contracts before signing them, and was the financial allocation provided for the five contracts before the date of their signing?"
Was the letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers / Legal Department No. 1 / 19942 on 11/8/2020 adhered to? Were the draft contracts presented to the concerned departments at the Ministry's headquarters before they were signed? In the event that cash is not available for the five contracts, will the executing company continue to work or will it stop implementation until the financial financing is available? ", in addition to other questions in the attached files," according to the statement
