Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad criticized former member of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives Hussein Muraabi mechanism that was dependent on the formulation of the terms of the general budget of the country.

"
He added Muraabi that "a lot of budget items were returned the same in the budget later without changing the sense that it has not been a study expenses and the need for the development of these institutions concerned," pointing out that "these errors are often caused problems and technical complications between the political parties is no reason to delay approval in often. "
He added that "We have to adopt a five-year budget the state can work in the shade and huge projects delayed in the implementation of its commitments in projects and infrastructure," noting that "most countries rely a five-year budget in order to pay attention to the obligations of legislative and executive institutions other."
And a student at the same time "to take advantage of mistakes and work on the budget to be responsive to the ambitious citizen and not outrageous for wealth.
