The leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi Al-Amiri issued an angry statement about the return of the former Minister of Finance, Rafi’ Al-Issawi, and the Sheikh of the Dulaim clans, Ali Hatem Al-Suleiman, who are wanted against the background of the events of the so-called demonstration platforms and the events of the terrorist entry of ISIS into Iraq in 2014.

Al-Amiri’s statement said, “We are very surprised by the return of the leaders of the platforms that largely paved the way for ISIS to extend its control over large areas of Iraq, which led to human, material and moral losses that cannot be compensated in any way. That we accept in any way that political bargaining is a price for pardoning these criminals who were the cause of the martyrdom of thousands of dear Iraqi youth. Therefore, we call upon the brave Iraqi judiciary to take its appropriate decision and criminalize these traitors. Himself betraying the country."

The statement concluded, "Oh God, protect Iraq and its people from the evil of the wicked."
