    Information/Baghdad...
Today, Monday, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muhannad Khazali, expected that the current year 2022 would pass without a federal budget due to the political crisis and the failure to form a new government.
Al-Khazali said in an interview seen by the "Information" agency, that "the current government, according to the description in its internal system, is a caretaker government and it cannot pass the 2022 budget."
He added that "there are political movements after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, and in the event that the situation continues as it is, this requires action in accordance with the Financial Management Law, Article 13 of the law, which determines the continuation of the work of spending on 1/12 and the conduct of the country's financial affairs accordingly."
Khazali indicated that "this law is considered limited, and we have introduced the emergency food support law, and that the latter is not a substitute for the budget." End / 25
