    [size=45]Within the frameworks of supporting various investment projects and following up on their completion rates, the head of the Baghdad Investment Authority, the consulting engineer (Haider Al-Ansari) visited this morning, Saturday, 28/5/2022, the Lebanese Investment University Hospital in Bismayah, to see the stages of work in it and the types of medical specialties and services it provides to patients, which Its management confirmed its official opening in the next few days. The Lebanese University Hospital is one of the Commission's projects in the health sector, which it sponsors. This project was previously implemented in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, and the experience was transferred to the governorates of Maysan and Muthanna.[/size]
    [size=45]During the visit, Al-Ansari praised the project’s work and construction method, praising its great importance to the Baghdad governorate and the region alike. The hospital is considered the first experiment in the field of health investment, which is implemented in the outskirts of Baghdad governorate, where it provides medical services to the surrounding areas as well as the rest of the other areas. The hospital is implemented on an area of ​​(4500) m2 and has three floors with a capacity of (89) beds. It includes various specialties (general surgery, heart surgery, fractures, gynecology, jaw and dental surgery), as well as (12 emergency rooms, 12 intensive care rooms, 12 operating rooms, and 6 surgery rooms). Cardiology, 16 consultation rooms, a monitor for all weights, modern ringing, 5 operating rooms, a recovery room, 3 maternity halls and one cortage hall) in addition to laboratories equipped with the latest devices and equipment of German international origin.[/size]
    [size=45]It is noteworthy that the project management relied on local labor during its implementation, as it provided multiple job opportunities for all specializations. It will also provide local medical cadres and crews backed by foreign expertise and competencies that will harmonize their experience with the experience of local staff to achieve the best health service for patients.[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Ansari added that the Authority’s future vision and plans for the health sector and its intensification of support for this vital sector have been greatly developed, which has provided the capital with all international institutions and hospitals equipped with the latest medical equipment, stressing that the Baghdad Investment Commission will spare no effort to improve the health situation and provide integrated health care. According to the highest international standards to ensure the health and safety of citizens and their families.[/size]
    [size=45]At the end of the visit, Al-Ansari explained that the commission is constantly following up on its projects and with unremitting efforts within the directives of the Prime Minister and his follow-up and unlimited support for the health sector projects in Baghdad (the center and the outskirts), as the capital today includes many hospitals and international medical centers, and today it is a gateway for citizens and a destination to receive all kinds of treatment It is an allowance for their travel and its costs outside the country.[/size]
