    Information/Baghdad..
A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Kougar, accused, on Saturday, influential political parties of controlling the lecturers’ file, indicating that spending a trillion dinars randomly would open the doors of corruption wide open.
"The government does not have a database or clear numbers for the number of lecturers, and all procedures are conducted randomly," Cougar said in a televised interview, which was followed by "The Information."
He added, "The installation of the lecturers may take two full years due to the completion of the database and ending the risk of corruption mafias taking over the file completely."
Cougar pointed out that "what will be spent will be a trillion dinars, which is allocated from food security, and part of the lecturers may be installed gradually, but the random exchange will open the appetite of the corrupt and political bidding."
