Leaders in the coordinating framework pledged to proceed with the path of forming the government and choosing the presidents and ministers after the blessed Eid al-Adha holiday, while the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, sent an implicit message to all the forces participating in the joint political process until the moment or "withdrawing", confirming the coordination framework's efforts to form a government A service that does not exclude or marginalize any of these forces.
The representative of the Kurdistan Islamic Group, Jamal Kojer, said in an interview: "The intense political movement will be after the blessed Eid al-Adha, and there are individual meetings between the blocs, and everyone is waiting for the great political movement after the Eid."
He added, "There are sessions at the level of the coordination framework to think about a way to accommodate the political blocs on the one hand, as well as to the nature of the proposals presented on the other hand, especially since there is a withdrawal of the Sadrist bloc from the House of Representatives, and therefore there is fear of this withdrawal, so the framework will think about making the next government Services government.
And he indicated that "the coordination framework is working to persuade the Save a Homeland Alliance and the two remaining blocs in it to participate, so what is happening now is just work to prepare the appropriate grounds, but serious negotiations will start after the blessed Eid al-Adha."
He pointed out that “the first step in this path is to go to the selection of the President of the Republic, and this complex must be overcome without solving it, there will be no government or the name of a candidate for prime minister, and any announcement of the name of the Prime Minister will be a burning of papers, so the formation of the next government It depends on resolving the issue of the president of the republic and then going to choosing and defining the name of the prime minister.”
For his part, the political analyst, Dr. Talib Muhammad Karim, said, in an interview, that “it is self-evident to postpone the dialogues until after the blessed Eid al-Adha, to give a greater opportunity for understandings and a multiplicity of options for the political blocs that will participate in assembling a government according to the maturity of the early elections that took place in October 2021, And a government capable of facing challenges.”
