Earth News/ The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, commented today, Sunday, on a collapse incident in the "Imam Ali train station" in Karbala governorate, pointing out that there are suspicions of corruption behind the incident.
Al-Sadr wrote, in a tweet followed by Earth News, "Once again, suspicions of corruption are causing civilian victims, in (Al-Qattara), but this time the corruption included places of worship in all insolence."
And he added: “From here, after we offer condolences to the families of the victims and ask God to grant them patience and solace and to join their victims with the martyrs and the righteous, we demand the government for an immediate and serious investigation in order to reveal the truth so that corruption does not affect mosques and places of worship, as it affected state institutions.” and its ministries.
