, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muthanna Al-Samarrai, announced today, Monday, that he will appeal the resignation of the resigned Finance Minister Ali Allawi.
Al-Samarrai said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, “What was stated in the Ministry of Finance’s book of an explicit violation of the law regarding the exclusion of the daily procedure segment and the lecturers within the Food Security Law cannot be tolerated, and it prompts us through the Finance Committee to go to the judiciary to raise the minister’s hand. From the leadership of the ministry due to the clear legal violation of his assumption of the position by a decision of the caretaker government with incomplete powers in accordance with the decisions of the Federal Supreme Court.
He added, "We will appeal the procedures for accepting the resignation of the resigned minister for violating the law, and the Ministry of Finance should review its violating decisions to avoid legal accountability now and later." Ended 29 / h
