Today, Monday, President Abdel Latif Rashid affirmed his quest to strengthen Iraq's relations with the international community.

Abdul Latif said in a speech during his ceremony at the Peace Palace that "the previous stage was difficult and I thank the people's representatives for giving me their confidence, and we hope that an efficient and unified government will be formed quickly," stressing his quest to strengthen Iraq's relations with the international community.
He continued, "We hope that an efficient and united government will be formed quickly, and I will do everything in my power to protect the constitution and solve existing problems."
