He added that the Ministry of Justice, as the institutional body concerned with following up the implementation of the national plan and the implementation of Iraq's international obligations, finds that Iraq's active presence in international forums and the restoration of its international status stems mainly from the status of human rights internally with the existence of legislative and institutional mechanisms and policies to protect and promote human respect, explaining that the Ministry has created a department In particular, it is the Department of Human Rights as a partner in work and cooperation, which has moved rapidly towards taking its place in cooperation with the Department of Human Rights in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
