Council warned source in Nineveh province, the people of Review banks in the province, adding that the opening of banks is an ambush to confiscate the people's money and wanted to follow up Daash .
The source said in a statement to 'news agency' today (Sunday 7 Ilol / September 2014): The opening of banks in Nineveh is wanted for the ambush Daash while doing Daash confiscate the amount of 10% of the value of each deposit.
The source, who preferred anonymity: that the banks do not allow to give any amount, but after bringing paper from the Syariah Court to allow him to withdraw Daash amount, and that does not exceed ten million dinars after the completion of 10% of the amount of money the house.
He added that most of the owners of capital have refused to disclose their assets confiscated by the fear elements of the organization.
The elements of the organization surprised people by being banks after the exit gates to meet the 10% under the pretext of it to the house money and fighters.
