He pointed out that the mechanism of action include cooperation between the institutions of the public and private sectors related to the aims of the Assembly, as well as the holding of collective agreements between its members to unify the terms of banking controls in accordance with the Central Bank, as well as the exchange of experiences related to banking work among members.

He said Islamic banking is working on expanding the base of deployment of international all over the world, without exception, pointing to the importance of communication with this expansion through field presence through networking and attending international forums concerning this matter, especially that the country has considerable experience in this type of banking and began update its system in the best systems.

He said that nearly thirteen banks make up the Assembly in addition to my window Islamic groups in the bank Rafidain and Rasheed, adding that the banks that make up this association is Bank of Mesopotamia and Islamic Elaf Islamic National Bank and Islamic Bank of cooperation as well as the Ceyhan and the Islamic Development Bank and the Kurdistan International and the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, as well as the Iraqi Islamic .

He pointed to the pursuit of Assembly to issue a law on the Islamic banks through their representation in the committees as well as the claim of executive and legislative bodies to speed up the legislation of private law.
