    Shafaq News/ The Central Bank’s cash sales of dollars increased in an auction today, Tuesday, at the expense of foreign transfers.
    Shafaq News agency reporter stated, "The Central Bank sold today, during its auction for buying and selling the US dollar, 81,700,193 dollars, which the bank covered at a basic exchange rate of 1,460 dinars per dollar.



    Our correspondent added that most of the dollar sales went in the form of cash, amounting to 41,800,000 dollars, while the rest, amounting to 49,900,000 and 193 dollars, went to strengthening balances abroad in the form of (remittances, credits).
    Our correspondent indicated that the number of banks that bought cash dollars amounted to 10 banks, while the number of banks that responded to requests for strengthening balances abroad reached 13 banks, while the total number of exchange and mediation companies participating in the auction was 151 companies.
