The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced, on Wednesday, that two new planes loaded with relief aid will arrive today in Turkey to deliver them to the victims of the devastating earthquake, including a shipment intended for the Iraqi community.

The spokesman for the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Haider Majeed, told the official agency, "As part of the series of air bridges that Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani directed, two planes will depart today to Gaziantep to deliver relief materials to the earthquake victims in Turkey."

He added, "Within this meal, there will be a shipment designated for the Iraqi community in Gaziantep, which includes relief materials, food, and household supplies."

"Since the prime minister's directive, the number of planes heading to Syria has reached 14, while the number of planes to Turkey has reached 8," Majeed said.
