[rtl]Kirkuk / NINA /- The Unified Arab Council in Kirkuk refused to evacuate the advanced headquarters for joint operations and hand it over to the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
The council said in a statement: "While we affirm our keenness to abide by the law and under the umbrella of the constitution that guarantees freedom of political action and expression of opinion for all, we declare our refusal to hand over the building of the advanced headquarters for joint operations to any political party in order to preserve the prestige of our security forces."
