The Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, directed the formation of an investigative council into every security breach that may occur in Iraq.
And a document issued by the Joint Operations on (March 2, 2023) of which (Baghdad Today) obtained a copy indicated that “the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces ordered the formation of an investigative council in the Joint Operations Command or the Ministry of the Interior according to the operational link for each command (regiment - company). A faction) whose security breaches occur in their sectors that cause the death or injury of their members or the occurrence of civilian casualties.
