The Deputy Head of the Planning and Program Follow-up Bloc, the government, MP Muhammad Al-Baldawi, revealed, on Thursday, the mechanisms of the upcoming cabinet reshuffle in the government of Muhammad Shia’ Al-Sudani, indicating that the next ministerial change will take place through performance evaluation during the period granted by Al-Sudani, stressing that the change of ministers and governors will not be subject to any external pressure. or interior.
Al-Baldawi said in a press interview seen by “Takadam” that “the prime minister, from the first day of his government, set a period of six months as a period for evaluating the work of ministers, undersecretaries and governors, as sectoral committees were formed to evaluate performance.”
He added, "The political forces, specifically the forces of the State Administration Coalition, gave al-Sudani the green light to replace the reluctant ministers, as well as their agents and governors."
Al-Baldawi explained that “Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a al-Sudani is a strong personality who will not submit to any external or internal pressure in the process of change, but changes will take place in the interest of the government’s progress without obstacles,” noting that “the replacement will take place through consultation with the political forces and by choosing al-Sudani.”
