    Information / Baghdad...
A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ali Al-Fatlawi, affirmed that the Iraqi people said their word by rejecting any presence of the occupying foreign combat forces on their lands, pointing out that the US Secretary of Defense came to Iraq to fulfill Washington's desires and aspirations.
Al-Fatlawi told Al-Maalouma, "Iraq is occupied by America and other foreign forces, including Turkish ones, at a time when the people declared their position on these forces and decided to expel them from the country by a parliamentary decision."
He added, "The government is required not to comply with the wishes of the American side and what their Defense Minister Lloyd Austin brought to Baghdad, as the aim of his visit was to implement and achieve Washington's wishes in Iraq."
And he indicated that "the people, the House of Representatives and the political forces announced their position and their decision to reject the presence of any soldier or foreign combat forces on the land of Iraq, as there is no need for any forces, especially since the security forces are able to confront any aggression and repel any terrorist attacks and do not need any foreign forces." ended 25 n
