    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq Today:

Informed political sources said that Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi's secret visit to Saudi Arabia, and his attempt to meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, failed after the latter refused to hold a private meeting with al-Halbousi.

And the sources said, "The office of the Saudi Crown Prince rejected the request of Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi to conduct an interview with bin Salman, for the purpose of speaking and informing him of the latest developments in the political arena in Iraq, and inciting him against the central government.”

    And she added,

The sources also revealed that "Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi left the country on his private plane in the hope of meeting the Saudi crown prince, who refused to meet him, so that al-Halbousi turned the destination of the inciting meeting into a ritual of worship!”

And the sources indicated, "Al-Halbousi's departure was intended to fuel political conflicts, incite against the Sudanese government and cover up the recent events, which revealed the latter's corruption and his sale of lands, as well as other files."

And the sources concluded by saying, “Al-Halbousi is still intensifying contacts and insisting in order to arrange the meeting, and the royal palace informs him that the Crown Prince is busy with regional matters, and is not ready to sit with any other figure.” .”[/rtl]
