    [size=30]Today, Sunday, the Iranian Mehr News Agency reported that the Iraqi Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, congratulated the Iranian President, Ibrahim Raisi, and the people of Iran on the blessed Eid Al-Fitr.


    Mehr News Agency reported that Al-Sudani, in a phone call with Raisi on Saturday evening, stressed the need to try to improve the level of relations between the two countries as much as possible, congratulating the president and the Iranian people on Eid Al-Fitr.


    The Iraqi prime minister stressed, according to the agency, the cultural and historical similarities between the two countries.


    Raisi also congratulated the Prime Minister, members of the Iraqi government and his people on Eid al-Fitr, saying: "The full implementation of the agreements between Tehran and Baghdad will raise relations and cooperation between the two countries to a new level.    [/size]
